By accessing, browsing, or enrolling in any course or service offered by Technogeeks Pvt. Ltd., you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines posted on our platform.

These terms apply to all users including students, visitors, mentors, and any third party who interacts with our platform in any capacity. Your continued use of our services after any modification to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility

To use our services you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.

Possess a valid email address and phone number for communication.

Have access to a stable internet connection and compatible device.

Not be barred from receiving services under applicable law.
βœ“
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.

Technogeeks reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel enrollments at its sole discretion if eligibility requirements are not met.

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

EMI and monthly payment plans are available subject to terms of the finance partner.

GST invoices will be issued within 7 business days of payment confirmation.

Enrollment is confirmed only after full receipt of the first installment.

Course fees are subject to change. However, once enrolled, the fee agreed upon at the time of enrollment remains fixed for the enrolled batch. Technogeeks is not responsible for any additional charges levied by your bank or payment provider.

Refund Policy

Refund Window Students are eligible for a full refund if a cancellation request is submitted within 7 days of enrollment and before attending more than 2 live sessions.

Within 7 days of enrollment:  100% refund, no questions asked.

8–30 days after enrollment:  50% refund, provided less than 20% of course content has been accessed.

After 30 days:  No refund. However, a course transfer or deferral may be considered.

Free sessions & trials:  Non-refundable as no payment is collected.

Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method. For EMI plans, future installments will be cancelled but installments already paid are subject to the refund window above.

Students are expected to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment. The following are strictly prohibited:

Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any form towards peers, mentors, or staff.
βœ•
Sharing, copying, or distributing course materials, recordings, or resources without written permission.
βœ•
Misrepresenting identity or credentials during interviews or placement processes.
βœ•
Academic dishonesty including plagiarism or cheating in assessments.
βœ•
Soliciting or selling access to course materials to third parties.

Violation of this code may result in immediate termination of enrollment without a refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Technogeeks platform β€” including but not limited to course videos, notes, assignments, live session recordings, slide decks, code samples, brand assets, and written materials β€” is the exclusive intellectual property of Technogeeks Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under Indian and international copyright law.

Reproducing or distributing course content in any form without written consent.

Placement Guarantee Eligibility The placement guarantee applies only to students who have completed 100% of the curriculum, all assessments, and all mandatory mock interviews.

Student must maintain a minimum 80% attendance in live sessions.
βœ“
All module assessments must be completed with a minimum score of 70%.
βœ“
Student must participate in all scheduled mock interviews and career coaching sessions.
βœ“
Resume must be reviewed and approved by the Technogeeks career team before applying.
βœ“
Student must not have declined more than 2 valid job offers without reasonable cause.

"Placement" is defined as a full-time offer with a minimum CTC of β‚Ή5 LPA from a company listed in Technogeeks verified hiring partner network. Technogeeks does not guarantee a specific salary, role, or company.

Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data (name, email, phone, education, employment history) for:

Sharing your profile (with consent) with our hiring partner network.

Improving our platform, curriculum and student experience.

Sending relevant updates, offers and industry content via email/SMS.

Limitation of Liability

Please Read Carefully Technogeeks total liability to any student shall not exceed the total fees paid by that student in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Technogeeks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of employment, loss of income, or loss of data arising from the use or inability to use our services.

We do not guarantee that course content will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may occasionally affect platform availability. In such cases, affected sessions will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Termination

Technogeeks reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student's access to the platform and all associated services with immediate effect if:

The student violates the Code of Conduct or any provision of these Terms.

Payment obligations are not met within the agreed grace period.

The student provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
!
Technogeeks is required to do so by applicable law or court order.

A student may also voluntarily terminate their enrollment by submitting a written request to Voluntary termination is subject to the refund policy outlined in Section 04.

Changes to Terms

Technogeeks reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify enrolled students of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
